This medium is recommended for selective isolation of Vibrio cholerae from V.parahaemolyticus and other enteropathogenic Vibrio’s. The medium is recommended by APHA. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
