B.Q.Vaccine HiVeg™ Medium (Thioglycollate Broth w/ HiVeg™ Extract No. 2) is modification of original Thioglycollate medium, recommended for the cultivation of anaerobic organisms on large scale. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE risks associated with animal peptones.
