Fermentation HiVeg™ Medium for Staphylococcus and Micrococcus is used for studying fermentation by Staphylococcus and Micrococcus species. The fermentation reaction by Staphylococcus and Micrococcus species helps in differentiation. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
